Refund & Exchanges Policy

Once you make your final selection and purchase or book your program, Universal Hockey will not provide any exchanges, credits, or refunds unless a program or event is cancelled or postponed as outlined below in Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events. 

Cancelled or Postponed Events 

Universal Hockey will issue refunds ONLY if an event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card's billing cycle. 

Force Majeure

Universal Hockey ( seller ) shall not be responsible for the cancellation or delay in delivery or performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; strikes or other labour disturbances; equipment failure; war; acts of terrorism; riot; epidemics; floods; fires; unusually severe weather conditions; accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the purchase order was made.

Programs Policies 

Days Missed - Camp

Universal Hockey will not be providing refunds, reduction of fees or credits for sessions for late arrival or early departure, or days missed by participants.
Days Missed - Clinic

Universal Hockey will offer a credit for up to two missed classes for clinics that have been paid in full. These credits will only be issued if a player is missing the class due to a medical or team conflict.
