Camp Overview
This camp will offer a unique training experience within a high level training environment, with a focus on developing the ''complete'' player. This camp provides a multidisciplinary training approach, through its exceptional on ice, off ice, and mental game conditioning program. Experts from these multidisciplinary fields, will develop players through each of the above disciplines, culminating in the strengthening of a player's overall skill set both on and off the ice.

ON ICE DEVELOPMENT
The camp experience trains players to have superior skating skills, stick handling, puck control, shooting ability and overall confidence in these areas.

(SPORTS VISION TRAINING)Sports vision training enhances the overall visual, cognitive and motor skills essential to high-level performance.

HOCKEY YOGA
Our unique approach provides athletes with the benefits of yoga, which include improved coordination, greater endurance, flexibility, balance, strength, focus, and agility on the ice.
